Agreement to Terms

3. Limitation on Claims: To the extent permitted by applicable law, any cause of action or claim regarding your use of this Website must be commenced within two years after the claim or cause of action arises. Failure to do so results in the claim being permanently barred.
4. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent, and the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

6. Admissibility: A printed version of this Agreement and any electronic notice shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent as other business documents originally generated in printed form.
7. Language and Storage: These Terms are available in the primary language of the Website. FlyStandby does not individually store the specific version of the Terms to which you agreed; we recommend you save a copy for your records.
8. Editorial Status: The Website is not updated on a fixed schedule and therefore does not constitute an "editorial product" under relevant press laws.
9. Fictitious Examples: Any company names, product names, or people mentioned as examples on the Website are fictitious and not intended to represent real entities or individuals.

2. Right to Terminate

We reserve the absolute right to refuse service or restrict access to the Website at our sole discretion. This may occur at any time and for any reason, particularly if you fail to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

3. Use of Content

You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, transmitting, posting, or redistributing any content from this Website, whether in whole or in part, without the express written consent of FlyStandby. 4. Airline Verification

To affiliate your profile with your airline employer — which unlocks the ability to share flight loads and earn SkyCredits — you must complete a verification process. You can verify your employment in one of two ways:

• Email: Register using your official airline email address.
• ID Upload: Submit a photo of your airline identification badge.

5. Account Restrictions

To ensure a fair experience, users are limited to a single account. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited. If we detect a violation of these terms, your account may be suspended, and any remaining SkyCredits will be forfeited.

All assets on this Website — including but not limited to text, imagery, audio, software, code, flight data, and the underlying infrastructure — are the exclusive property of FlyStandby. By using this site, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, license, sell, or create derivative works from any material or services found herein.

Furthermore, you agree to strictly refrain from the following activities:

• Commercial Use: Utilizing this Website or its data for any commercial or revenue-generating purpose.

While FlyStandby is under no obligation to screen or monitor activity within Communication Channels, we reserve the absolute right to review, translate, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of any content you post, at your own expense.

Waiver of Moral Rights

This obligation applies if the claim arises from:
